This herb mill utilizes dual stainless steel blades that operate like hundreds of tiny scissors to mince fresh herbs without bruising or blemishing them, preserving and intensifying their delicate aroma and flavor. It is suitable for robust herbs like rosemary and thyme, as well as delicate ones like parsley, mint, sage, and cilantro.

This 2-in-1 Herb Mill significantly speeds up herb preparation. Its design features an integrated stripper with graduated holes to quickly and efficiently remove leaves from stemmed herbs before mincing.
