Also great as a baking bath for crumbles and custards etc. The dark coating on the pan has the ability to transfer heat for even browning and heating. Made with a special Vitreous Enamel finish, baked goods slip right out making cleaning extra easy. Oven safe for temperatures up to 200C. For best results, the non stick finish cleans up quickly and easily in hot soapy water with a cloth or sponge.
