With a velvety purple color and deep sweetness, black raspberries are one of those special flavors of the Northeast. Weve captured them at their ripest in our black raspberry jam, bursting with juicy goodness. Spoon this black raspberry jam over toast, top pancakes or mix into muffin batter. Our black raspberry preserves also make a surprising complement to roasted chicken or pork.
